Timbuktu is an exotic haven in Stavanger’s world of evening dining; this goes for both the interior design and our mouthwatering menus. The restaurant, situated on a mezzanine overlooking the Timbuktu bar, is open to its surroundings yet at the same time intimate and warm.

The menu is full of inspiration from all corners of the world, encouraging a social experience full of taste.

 

How about sharing?

“Sharing” is a concept which invites you to taste from a wider variety of our favorite dishes. The food is served in bowls and on plates and all at the same time, inviting you to share the different variety of tastes and textures our kitchen can offer. 

The restaurant also has its very own and popular sushi menu.

Ever wondered how it feels like to be at the right place at the right time? Timbuktu bar is the spot. From a mid-room and 360 degrees bar our experienced bartenders create adventurous drinks, surrounded by intimate and cozy sofas and tables.  During the Weekends the music is professionally administrated by our DJ’s.
